Hail fell for two minutes during the thunderstorm, but melted largely on contact. A few larger pellets (1/4 inch) fell during the second minute. Brief, heavy rain fell before, but mainly after the hail interval. Total storm duration was 10 minutes, one peal of thunder, 15 m.p.h. wind gust (max). Sun shining 20 minutes after rain ended. |
