Notes:
Storm occurred in the afternoon prior to 4 PM. Unfortunately I was not here to see it. Hail pad shows some little stuff but fairly hard. Nothing was left when I got home. But it was a big event on the north end of town where the ground was covered and stones as much as 1" in diameter -- some clear, white, and mixed. There was a lot of tree damage and some roof and siding damage in that part of town. One observer told him 0.65" fell in that part of town. This was the most hail I've seen in 25 years when I saw a similar storm here that looked like ice cubes. (Wind from NNE)
