I arrived at Sanborn Field about 25 minutes after the storm ended. The hailstones were all shapes,sizes, textures and mostly hard white ice. Some had spikes, some resembled cauliflower, some were smooth and spherical and others were rough and disk-shaped. There was not a lot of hail but the sizes were impressive. |
