Notes: Driving on University Blvd from Langley Park to College Park, encountered isolated marble-size spherical hard hailstones with no rain just east of Riggs Rd, then encountered heavy rain shaft with hail continuing and decreasing in size as I drove east up to and past Adelphi Rd. I did not see any hailstones I would estimate as reaching the 1" NWS severe threshold.
