Hail Report
Hail Report Information
Station Number:
CA-LA-1
Station Name:
Glendale 2.4 WSW
Date:
1/21/2010
Submitted
1/29/2010 2:15 PM
Taken at registered location:
True
Notes:
Hail evident on pad, but I was not here at the time. I suspect that the time was between 1835-1845 as there was an abrupt drop in temp combined with a 0.08" rainfall. I will count the indentations later as it is raining now and the pad is on the roof. Sadly my camera lens got wet so the image is blurred and I can't see any evidence of when the hail was striking. There was more hail the next day that destroyed the indentations of this report's hail. Again I have no idea of when that hail fell, but it was more intense than this report.
